I have just watched "I Am Bolt " and I know I posted before about the fastest man in the world and friend but if you haven't seen this please you must.... yes as we know Usain is fast ( really fast ) we know Usain is Jamaican but what we all learn and what all the aspiring athletes can learn is to work hard , be dedicated , be honest... This is a man that has his friends close he has his family close ... Usain is humble , humble to the point he brings me to tears when speaking and when winning races ....
